Yet, you may not be ready for change; I am here to help you get there too one step at a time. I want to help clients achieve their mental health goals through empowerment, awareness, acceptance and healing, with the use scientifically-based techniques that have been proven to be highly effective. You’ll acquire the necessary tools and techniques to achieve your goals in psychotherapy which is necessary to achieve a more holistic approach to overall wellness (mind, body &soul). I hold space for you to show up as your true and authentic self, and tailor treatment to your specific therapeutic needs and goals. Whether you’re living with depression, anxiety, borderline personality disorder, suicidal ideation, or struggling with shame, self-acceptance/self-esteem, relationships, life transitions - this is a safe space to process and work through all that life has thrown your way.

I take an integrative approach to therapy, where I utilize aspects of Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Dialectical Behaviour Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Emotion-focused Therapy, Trauma-focused Therapy, and other modalities based on your individualized needs.

I completed a Bachelor of Science in Neuroscience and Mental health at Carleton University, as well as a Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology at Yorkville University.

I see individuals including children, teens & adults who are looking for a safe and non-judgemental space to work through challenging emotions, experiences, and life situations.
